Travel & Hospitality Talent Hub are working with a Hotel in London seeking a Duty Manager.

As Duty Hotel Manager your role will be responsible for day to day operations across the Hotel

The day to day operations will include front of house, co ordinating with various department teams of housekeeping, restaurant and kitchen staff to ensure the values and standards of the Hotel are aligned with the Hotels excellent reputation.

As Duty Hotel Manager you will also respond to customer/guest enquiries/feedback and any disputes. Resolving operational issues to ensure all public areas, rooms and facilities meet quality and safety standards at all times .

Supporting your staff with staff rotas and shifts. Keeping all department managers and supervisors  communicated with regular management updates regarding staff, guest and hotel.

The candidate we are seeking -

Previous experience in hotel management (or perhaps a supervisor looking for that next step up in their Hotel career)

Strong leadership and people management skills, including supervising teams, coordinating shifts, and supporting team development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.

Proven ability to manage operations, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of health, safety, and cleanliness standards within a hospitality setting.

Confident  in using booking systems, point-of-sale platforms, and basic office software for reporting and administration.

Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment for handling guest concerns and operational incidents.
