Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Revenue Generation

-Sell future cruise bookings to passengers onboard

-Promote cruise line offers, itineraries, and promotions

-Encourage future cruise deposits and repeat bookings

- Upsell cabin upgrades, excursions, and add-ons

- Guest Interaction

-Actively engage with guests in public areas, events, and presentations

-Host or assist with sales presentations and onboard events

-Build rapport and provide personalised cruise recommendations

-Reservations & Administration

-Use cruise booking systems

- Manage bookings, amendments, cancellations, and payments

-Maintain accurate sales records and reports

-Coordination Onboard

-Work with hotel, guest services, and entertainment teams

- Support promotional events like cocktail parties or loyalty gatherings

-Ensure smooth guest experience while achieving sales targets
